HGH Frag (176-191) (lab code AOD9604) is a stabilized fragment of a growth hormone molecule from 176 to 191 amino acids. This peptide stimulates lipolysis (fat burning) 12 times more than the growth hormone and inhibits new fat formation, while other useful and side effects of the growth hormone are not detected.[1] HGH Frag (176-191) is much cheaper than GH. It is one of the most promising drugs for treating obesity according to Professor Gary Wittert. And the famous Russian TV presenter Dana Borisova claims to have lost 30 kg in this way.
Mechanism of Action
HGH Fragment(176-191) does not interact with GH receptors but increases gene expression of beta-3-adrenoreceptors, which cause lipolysis in the body. This is considered to be the main mechanism of action of the drug.
Effects
- Apparent fat burning (especially in the abdominal area) – not proven
- Does not cause cell proliferation (organ hyperplasia)
- Does not increase glucose levels and does not affect insulin metabolism
- Slows down the aging process
- Energy boost, and increased energy expenditure
- Bone strengthening (mineralization)
HGH Frag Course (176-191)
Doses of HGH Frag (176-191) from 100 to 1000 mcg per day, course duration 2-3 months. Injections are made between meals to create the most favorable conditions for burning fat. The drug is diluted in isotonic solution or in water for injections, which are purchased in pharmacies. For maximum effect, you should follow a diet for weight loss and take enough protein.
Approximate scheme of taking HGH 176-191 on the day of training:
- 200mcg 1 hour before breakfast
- 200 micrograms one hour before lunch
- 200 mcg 30 minutes before training
On rest days:
- 200mcg 1 hour before breakfast
- 200 mcg 1 hour before lunch
- 200 micrograms before going to bed
Sometimes 5 to 6 injections per day are recommended. Also note that unlike other peptides, Fragment HGH 176-191 has a short shelf life after dissolution (about 1 week in a refrigerator).
Storage and preparation of the solution
According to J. Bombela’s recommendations, the vial should be brought to room temperature and the required volume of water for injection or bacteriostatic water (which should flow down the wall of the vial) introduced. Then stir by rotating or rocking (do not shake). The solution remains stable for 15-25 days in the refrigerator without freezing. The last number applies only to solutions prepared with bacteriostatic water.
Diet
Conducting a course with fragment is very important to follow a low-calorie diet. It is known that insulin levels increase after eating, and insulin, is a hormone that stimulates phosphodiesterase, which breaks down cAMP, a secondary mediator molecule, which inhibits lipolysis (this is why it is important not to eat immediately after injections and other peptides), as because pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH) occurs for 3 hours after injection, and only in the first hour of pulsation will insulin work, and in the remaining two hours – fat burning, as a derivative effect of GH). This is why injections are done in between meals, on an empty stomach.
You don’t have to worry about the catabolic process because the result of lipolysis (release of fatty acids) is to replenish energy stores. In this case, catabolism is impossible. It is from these considerations that we can quite reasonably conclude that GH is anti-catabolic.
Side Effects
No side effects of HGH Frag (176-191) have been detected so far, sometimes a burning sensation at the injection site is observed.
